Customer pre-registration

Important! From January 27, 2023, the entrance to the "Sodra’s" Trakai customer service department is from the other side of the building: after passing the parking lot and going up the stairs.

In this registration form, by selecting the “New Registration” section, you can register with the customer service department of “Sodra“ selected for consultation.

After registration, you will receive confirmation and ticket number in the way you choose (by e-mail or via SMS). Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled time. We apologize if you may have to wait for a consultation when you arrive at the "Sodra" reception at the scheduled time.​

If you want to cancel a visit or change data, you can do so by selecting the “My Registration“ section on this registration form.

By calling the “Sodra“ Information Centre at 1883 or (+370) 5 250 0883, you can both register for a new consultation and cancel or modify your registration data.
